Jim Wehde P.L.S.
Background Experience:
James V. Wehde got started in his Land Surveying career in Michigan in 1990, but received his license after moving to Salt Lake City, Utah in 1994. While there, Jim had an opportunity to work on many of the venues for the 2002 Winter Olympics, as well as a wide variety of other projects. In 2005, Jim moved to Spokane, Washington to become a survey manager for Adams & Clark, where he took charge of the surveying for several high-profile projects, including the new Air Traffic Control Tower at the Spokane International Airport and the restoration of the Historic Monroe Street Bridge. In 2007, Jim became a Project Surveyor with Duryea & Associates working alongside Scott Markovich, allowing him to return to his love of ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Condominiums, and other commercial surveys. Now, Jim is utilizing his nearly twenty years of survey expertise in a new business venture, at 10 West Land Surveying and Mapping, Inc.

Scott Markovich L.S.I.T.
Background Experience:
Scott has over 17 years of experience in Land Surveying and Engineering. 12 years as a Project Surveyor for Duryea & Associates in Spokane, WA. responsible for all phases of projects including: field surveying, preparing legal descriptions for easements, rights-of-ways and real property transactions, and boundary resolutions on projects throughout the west. Project Surveyor for Subdivision Plats, Condominium Plats and Binding Site Plans. Extensive experience with ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys for Shopping Malls and Commercial Properties of all types and sizes throughout the western states. Experience with large Mapping Projects including School District Annexations, large Condominium Projects and Military Installations.
